Melissa Nuckolls is an experienced occupational therapist currently serving at Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa completed two internships as an Occupational Therapy Student at Kaiser Permanente and Family Supportive Housing in 2022. Melissa's professional background also includes a position as Special Event Assistant II at the City of Menlo Park from 2011 to 2020, where responsibilities included event preparation and support. Additionally, from 2014 to 2016, Melissa worked as a Counselor at Castilleja School, managing children's activities and organizing camp events. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
