Brittany Smith is currently serving as the Talent Development Program Manager at Ascend Performance Materials since January 2022. Prior to this role, Brittany worked at Air Liquide from July 2018 to January 2022 as a Talent Management Advisor and also participated in the ALLEX Leadership Development Program focusing on Talent Management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Labor Relations Intern at Bell Flight during the summer of 2017. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, completed in 2018.
