Judy Gallagher is an experienced Solutions Analyst at Ascend Learning since November 2021. Prior to this role, Judy worked as a Support Engineer at Precisely from May 2020 to November 2020, following the rebranding from Syncsort, where Judy served as a Support Engineer from December 2016 to May 2020 after joining through the acquisition of Trillium Software. Judy's career began at Trillium Software in December 2008 as a Technical Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes roles as an Application Support Specialist at Computer Science Corporation from May 2005 to July 2008 after transitioning from Sun Microsystems, where Judy was a Technical Support Engineer for nearly a decade. Prior positions include serving as a Marketing Specialist at IBM from August 1993 to September 1995. Judy is also enhancing skills through Trailhead by Salesforce since March 2021 and possesses a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
