Dan Fang is an experienced Enterprise Architect currently working at Ascend Learning since July 2020, where responsibilities include designing eCommerce and back-office solutions across multiple teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect and CRM Software Engineer, with a focus on CRM migration and feature development in Dynamics 365, alongside team leadership in Agile settings. Dan has also served as a Software Developer and Business Systems Analyst, developing custom Dynamics CRM solutions, and has worked as a Systems Analyst and Developer at Tickets for Kids Charities. Earlier roles involved academic advising and instructional design in higher education, demonstrating strong consulting and teaching skills. Dan holds a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from the University of Chicago.
