Joanne is responsible for ASC’s People and Culture functions and strategy across all business areas, and is the senior ASC executive in Western Australia.

Joanne has a wealth of experience in heavy industrial environments and working across geographically diverse locations. She has more than 13 years’ experience in people and culture strategy and operational human resources execution, including five years as General Manager, with Caterpillar dealer, WesTrac.

Prior to joining ASC in 2018, Joanne provided consulting services to a range of businesses including mining company South32.
