Gothmie Rajapaksha has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a recruitment role at ASC Pty Ltd since October 2021. Previously, Gothmie held positions including Human Resources Officer at Service Stream from February 2015 to August 2021, Assistant Manager Human Resources at Commercial Credit PLC from June 2011 to May 2014, and Assistant Manager - Human Resources Development at Camoplast Solideal from May 2010 to May 2011. Starting as an Executive Human Resources at Textured Jersey Lanka (Pvt) Ltd from May 2007 to May 2010 and as an HR Officer/Management Trainee at Camoplast Solideal from May 2005 to April 2007, Gothmie has built a solid foundation in HR practices.
