John McDonough has extensive experience in the automotive service industry, currently serving as the Fixed Operations Manager at Asbury Automotive Group since January 2020. Prior roles include Service Manager at Fox Ford / Fox Motors and Motor Werks Auto Group, as well as various service-focused positions at Sonic Automotive and Infiniti Of Hoffman Estates. McDonough also held the position of President at Options Automotive Inc. and has significant leadership experience as Director of Operations at Freund International. Additional management roles included Service Manager/Service and Parts Director at Rockenbach Chevrolet. McDonough began a career in service as a Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager at Rockenbach Chevrolet and is an alumnus of Lincoln Technical Institute.
