Scott McConnell serves as Vice President of Information Technology and Systems Development and Chief Technology Officer at PMA since December 2020. Prior to this role, McConnell had a distinguished career at Allstate, holding the positions of Managing Technology Director and Divisional Chief Information Officer at Allstate Investments, where responsibilities included overseeing technology platforms for an $80+ billion portfolio. McConnell also led efforts in systems delivery and project management, significantly transforming the business application platform. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Accenture, where McConnell managed strategic programs and was involved in large-scale outsourcing agreements, along with expertise in SAP implementations. Scott McConnell holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business from Miami University.
