Surabhi Chaturvedi is an Associate Attorney at ASAR - Al Ruwayeh & Partners since October 2023, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Commercial Transactions. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at IndusLaw from March to November 2023, a Research Fellow in Corporate Law and Financial Regulation at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy from February 2022 to June 2023, and an Associate at the Directorate General of Trade Remedies within the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, from November 2021 to February 2022. Surabhi also worked as a Research Assistant at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, assisting on a valuation model for trade calls from May to October 2021, and served as Assistant Counsel in Markets and Securities Services at Citi from May 2017 to May 2018. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree from National Law Institute University, Bhopal (2011-2017), along with a law exchange semester at the University of Lucerne in 2015. Early education was completed at Springdales School, New Delhi, and Lokhandwala Foundation School, Mumbai.
