Santiago de Buen serves as a Product Manager at ASAPP since July 2022, focusing on AI software for contact centers that enhances efficiency and customer experience. Previously, Santiago held a role in Product Marketing at Tecton, addressing data engineering challenges and defining the company’s value proposition in MLOps. Santiago holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas and studied briefly at Sciences Po.
