Zhan Shi is an experienced Data Infrastructure Engineer at Asana, specializing in the development and deployment of data-powered experiences since 2021. Prior to this role, Zhan Shi worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon from 2016 to 2021, focusing on large-scale data pipeline engineering for NLP and ML applications and managing membership plans for Prime. Zhan Shi's earlier experience includes backend infrastructure engineering at Booking.com, software development for geospatial visualization and video processing at Northrop Grumman, and contributions to image processing and UI development at USC iLab. Zhan Shi holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, completed in 2010 and 2006, respectively.
