Franklin Verduga is an experienced legal professional and sports administrator with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Secretario Relator in the Comisión de Desarrollo Económico, Productivo y la Microempresa at Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador, Franklin previously held positions such as Asesor Jurídico at EMAPAD-EP and EMAPAG EP, providing legal support in various areas including environmental law and public procurement. Franklin's leadership experience includes a notable tenure as a board member of Barcelona Sporting Club, contributing to its electoral success. Additionally, Franklin served as Juez de Coactiva at M.I. Municipio de Guayaquil, managing tax-related litigation. Franklin also has a background in sports management as a board member and principal vocal of the Comisión de Disciplina at the Federación Ecuatoriana de Fútbol. Franklin earned a law degree from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1995.
