Elaine Velasco holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Organizational Management from Columbia Southern University. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Asahi Intecc USA, Inc. since February 2024, Elaine partners with senior leadership to align organizational goals with staffing and retention strategies. Previous roles include HR Consultant at Korn Ferry for Bonduelle/Ready Pac, where Elaine focused on HR analytics and culture strategies, and HR Consultant for Talent Development & Employee Relations at Resources Global Professionals for Valley Presbyterian Hospital. Elaineā€™s extensive experience also includes various leadership positions at CIRCOR International, where significant contributions were made in learning and talent development, organizational design, and employee engagement across multiple North American sites, as well as a long tenure at Aquatic Bath overseeing comprehensive human resources functions. Elaine holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
