Jacobijn Boerrigter is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Senior Leader Wellbeing for Asahi Group Holdings since November 2024. Previously, Jacobijn held the position of HR Director for Koninklijke Grolsch in the Netherlands and Asahi France for a brief period in mid-2024. From September 2021 to October 2024, Jacobijn was the Regional Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing at Asahi Europe & International, following extensive experience at Koninklijke Grolsch between 2008 and 2021 in various HR roles, including Manager of Organizational Development and Talent. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Philips Lighting from 2003 to 2008, culminating in an HR Project Manager position. Jacobijn holds a Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Labor & Organization from Maastricht University, earned from 1998 to 2003.
