Sarah Cummins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and supplier management, currently serving as Group Head of Supplier Quality Assurance at Asahi Beverages since September 2011. Sarah has held several key positions within Asahi Beverages, including Group Senior Manager and Senior Manager in Supplier Quality Assurance. Prior to Asahi Beverages, Sarah worked as Senior Manager of Quality at Carlton & United Breweries from June 2021 to January 2024 and held a Quality Assurance Coordinator role at La Brea Bakery in 2006-2007. Academically, Sarah earned a Master of Science in Applied Science (Food Science and Technology) and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from University College Cork, along with various diplomas in Environmental Management, Laboratory Techniques, and Practitioner Skills in Eating Disorders.
