Nathalia F. has been working at Asaas since December 2020, currently serving as an Analista de Employee Experience and previously in the role of Analista Pleno CX. Prior to joining Asaas, Nathalia was an English teacher at Wizard by Pearson from January 2019 to December 2020. Educationally, Nathalia is pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Employee Experience and Employer Branding at Faculdade iPGS, expected to complete in April 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Associação Educacional Luterana BOM JESUS/IELUSC, which will be completed in December 2023. Additionally, Nathalia has completed a six-year English language program at Wizard by Pearson and earned a technical degree in Quality Control from CEDUP - Centro Educacional Dario Geraldo Salles between June 2016 and December 2018.
