Cristiane Ronchi serves as Coordenadora Jurídica and Advogada at Asaas since November 2020, leading legal operations with a focus on the implementation of the LGPD project, managing contracts, and providing internal consultations on data protection and commercial matters. Prior to this role, Cristiane worked as an Advogada at Schulze & Advogados Associados from April 2012 to November 2020, specializing in insurance law and engaging in various legal processes and calculations. Experience as a Trainee at Kuster Machado Advogados Associados involved civil law and mass litigation, while an internship at Juizado Especial Cível provided hands-on experience in consumer rights and civil law. Education includes a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, an Executive MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0, and additional qualifications in digital law and tax law.
