Harold Arnold currently serves as the Call Center Technical Lead at ASA Electronics since January 2017, contributing expertise in mobile electronic products across various industries including Marine, RV, and Commercial sectors. Prior to this role, Harold held the position of Lead Repair Technician at Genius Phone Repair from August 2015 to January 2017, where a focus on high-level customer service supported the expansion of repair centers throughout Michigan and Indiana.
