Sakhir SECK is currently a senior software engineer at SIIMEC S.A since May 2011 and has held the position of Director General at AS Solution S.A since January 2008. Sakhir also served as Head of Systems and Network Infrastructure at Dakar Dem Dikk from November 2006 to May 2011. Sakhir holds a Master 2 degree in Computer Science from Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, obtained in 2007, and a Master's in Telecom Management from the Ecole Superieure Multinationale des Telecommunications, completed in 2011. Additionally, Sakhir earned a degree in Network and Management Computing from Université Gaston Berger in Saint-Louis, Sénégal, between 2000 and 2002.
