Sascha Legies has extensive experience in project and process management. They have held various roles in different companies, including Head of project and process management at ARYZTA Deutschland starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at INFARM as the Head of operational programmes from 2021 to 2022, where they focused on improving operational efficiency and introducing new products and technology. They also served as the Director Global Innovation PMO at Godiva Chocolatier from 2017 to 2021, managing the innovation stage gate process and leading the creation of a global innovation pipeline. Before that, at Mondelēz International, Sascha worked as a Product change manager for chocolate UK & I, leading seasonal and assortment projects and managing the CI group. They also held roles at kraft foods austria as a process optimization specialist and at Kraft Foods DACH as a Business Development manager, where they oversaw multiple projects focused on productivity and process improvement. Overall, Sascha has a strong background in project management, innovation, and optimizing operational processes.
Sascha Legies attended Fachhochschule Bremen from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a diploma in betriebswirt with a focus on economics. In addition to their formal education, Sascha also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in August 2020, for "The Top PMO Challenges," and in June 2020, for "Be a Better Manager by Motivating Your Team."
