Sandip Gudka currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Managing Director at ARYZTA, overseeing strategic customer relations and partnerships across Europe since February 2015. Prior to this, Sandip held various leadership roles at United Biscuits from November 2004 to January 2015, including Managing Director positions in Africa and the UK, where a focus on growth strategies led to significant performance improvements. Earlier career experience includes a role as Global Business Development Manager, as well as in-house legal affairs as Group Counsel. Sandip began a legal career at Allen & Overy LLP as an Associate. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from London Business School and advanced degrees in law from Cardiff University.
