Osama Koraishi has a diverse work experience in the field of English teaching and translation. Osama started their career in 2012 as an English Lecture Notes Writer and Translator at Al-Furkan Press, where they took notes and made summaries for students of English Language and Literature in linguistic courses such as Phonetics, General Linguistics, Applied Linguistics and Teaching Methodology. Osama also translated and proofread texts and passages in a wide array of subjects such as politics, technology, and literature. In 2013, they became the Head of the English Department at the Egyptian Institute for Educational Services and Training, where they were also an English Instructor and a Teacher Trainer. In 2015, they joined Al Kalema Private School as an English Second Language Teacher, teaching high school students English as a foreign language and preparing them for the National High School exam. Osama also taught young learners English through Math and Science. In 2016, they became an English Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. In 2017, they joined English Time as an English Teacher, teaching General English classes of adult students of B1 proficiency and higher in addition to exam preparation courses such as TOEFL and IELTS. Osama also conducted weekly speaking club sessions for a mixture of students of different levels and facilitated interactions among themselves. In 2018, they joined UKLAACADEMY as an English Instructor, teaching classes of adult students of A2 proficiency and higher as well as VIP classes for employees of multinational companies such as M. F. I, Bosch and Renault in addition to exam preparation courses such as TOEFL and IELTS. In 2020, they became an Online Freelance ESL Instructor at Italki, teaching various adult international students in one of the biggest international ESL teaching platforms in the world. Osama designed materials and offered lessons related to General English, Business English, Accent Reduction and International Exams while maintaining a 5-star rating even after over 600 lessons taught on the platform. In 2021, they joined Skyeng as an online Premium ESL Instructor and Aryel as an online Business/IT English Instructor, teaching software developers to communicate and conduct meetings in English relating to coding, testing, and debugging in the area of Augmented Reality. Osama also trained Marketing and Management teams to express themselves and lead meetings, presentations and pitches in English especially in areas such as SCRUM runs, CRM, METRICS, KPIs, ROI, Customer Acquisition.

Osama Koraishi has an extensive education history. Osama obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in English Language and Literature from Aleppo University between 2011 and 2016. Osama then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Education from the University of the People between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in English Language and Literature, General from Aleppo University between 2016 and 2019. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including a Teach English Now! Teaching Language Online from Arizona State University in May 2020, a Teaching Online Foundation Course from Global TEFL - Global Language Training Ltd. in April 2020, an IELTS Exams Preparation Specialist from Global TEFL - Global Language Training Ltd. in February 2019, and a 150 HOUR MASTER TEFL COURSE: TEACHING ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE (TEFL), TEACHING ENGLISH TO SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES (TESOL) from Global TEFL - Global Language Training Ltd. in November 2018.
