Kira Pagel is a seasoned project manager currently employed at American Residential Warranty since January 2015, where responsibilities include new product implementation, process improvement, and systems integration planning. Previously, Kira held the position of Customer Care Manager at DreamHome Restoration LLC from October 2012 to December 2014, overseeing accounts receivable, staff supervision, and customer relations. Experience as a Senior Admissions Advisor at Kaplan University from 2009 to 2011 involved student recruitment and services. Kira began a career in the diving industry as a S.C.U.B.A. Instructor at Force-E Dive Center from March 2006 to September 2008, teaching various PADI courses and handling equipment sales and charter bookings. Kira earned an Associate of Applied Science in Ecotourism and Adventure Travel from Hocking College between 2001 and 2004.
