Elizabeth Sachatello is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in the biotech and life sciences industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Arvinas since February 2019, Elizabeth previously held various leadership roles, including Interim HR Lead at E Sachatello Consulting and multiple positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from 2005 to 2018, culminating in a Senior Director role focused on employee relations and HR compliance. Elizabeth's career began at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as an HR Advisor from 1999 to 2005.
