Damen Lam is a Cloud Support Consultant at Maven Wave, an Atos Company, since May 2022, providing L2 to L4 Google Workspace support for a diverse client base, including Fortune 100 companies. Previously, Damen served as an IT Help Desk Associate and Application Support Engineer at SPINS, where responsibilities included deploying SSO and MFA using Okta and functioning as the Atlassian system administrator for Jira and Confluence. Earlier experience includes roles as an Accounting Clerk at Litchfield Cavo LLP and as a Shift Manager/Server at Absolutely Chinese. Damen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from DePaul University, completed in 2015.
