Tom Sawatzke has held a variety of roles in the marketing and operations fields. Theircareer began in 2013 with KnowRe, where they served as a Marketing and Business Development Associate. In 2015, they moved to Suddath Relocation Systems, where they were an Operations Supervisor. In 2016, they joined The Spur Group as an Associate Consultant and Branch as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Lead, and Growth Marketing Specialist. Most recently, they have been the Director of Marketing at Arux Software since 2019.

Tom Sawatzke earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science/Political Economy from Carleton College between 2009 and 2013.
