Ishan Kavan Abeysekera is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in advanced technology and research, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Arup since September 2014. Prior roles at Arup include Engineer and Graduate Engineer, demonstrating a progressive career in the field. Experience also includes engineering positions at Civil & Structural Engineering Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. and Design Consortium Ltd., as well as internships with WMG at the University of Warwick and Access Engineering. Ishan holds a Master's degree in Earthquake Engineering from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick.
