Beth McDaniel is a Mechanical Engineer at Arup, having started in September 2020 after previously serving as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer and a Mechanical Engineering Intern with the same company. Prior experience includes an Operations Management Summer Internship at Rolls-Royce, where skills in lean production and the casting manufacturing process were developed, as well as a Year in Industry (YinI) position at 3T RPD® Ltd, which involved various projects in Operations, Sales, and Quality, culminating in a semi-final presentation for the Year in Industry Contribution to Business Awards. Beth McDaniel earned a Mechanical Engineering BEng degree from Sheffield Hallam University between 2017 and 2021, following A-level studies in Mathematics, Physics, English, and History at Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys.
