Xena Diva Felcia is an Associate Product Manager at Aruna since July 2022, with prior experience as a Product Analyst. Xena served as the Tourism and Cultural Ambassador for Nona Tangerang Selatan from November 2020 to November 2023, focusing on promoting local tourism and culture, and was recognized as an Ambassador for Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) for community education on healthy living. In previous roles, Xena acted as Bootcamp Program Manager at Freeport Indonesia, overseeing the MIS Internship Bootcamp Program to enhance skills within the organization, and worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Raditha Apparel and a Social Media Marketing Specialist. Xena's early career involved various event management roles at HIMSISFO BINUS University, culminating as Head of Event Division, and a sponsorship position at Computerun.id. Xena holds a degree from BINUS University and a High School Diploma from SMA Negeri 3 Jakarta.
