Haikal Halim is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in acquisition and sourcing, currently serving as Acquisition Manager and previously as Sourcing Specialist at Aruna since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Event Coordinator at L'Oréal from December 2019 to December 2020, a member of the creative team at 1000 Guru Surabaya between December 2018 and December 2019, and an Internship Trainee at Tunas Maritim Global in early 2018. Additional experience encompasses leadership as Head Management at IASMA Muda Surabaya from 2017 to 2018 and expert staff roles at Maritime Challenge and Himatekla ITS, where Haikal contributed to production, maintenance, and oil rig club activities. Haikal Halim holds a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, where studies were completed in 2019.
