Jayne Holmes is a seasoned professional in disability services and management, currently serving as the Manager of Shared Living at Aruma since September 2022. Prior to this, Jayne held key leadership roles including Supported Independent Living Coordinator at ONCALL Group, where management of five residential facilities and around 50 staff members was undertaken, and Residential Services Lead at Able Australia, managing support for individuals with complex behavioral challenges. With extensive experience at Computershare in project management and team leadership, along with roles in recruitment and training at Apple Marketing Group, Jayne demonstrates a strong background in process improvement and stakeholder management. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate of Disability and Inclusion from Deakin University and various other certificates in disability studies and management.
