The Property Management team at Artspace Projects, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the company's network of affordable arts facilities. They ensure properties are safe, functional, and sustainable, while fostering vibrant communities for artists and arts organizations. This team handles everything from lease management and tenant relations to upkeep of the residential and commercial spaces, ensuring they remain affordable and conducive to creativity.
