Darol Anger is an accomplished fiddler, composer, and educator with extensive experience in music education and performance. Currently serving as the Professor of Fiddle at ArtistWorks since 2011 and as Professor Emeritus at Berklee College of Music since January 2010, Darol Anger has significantly contributed to the field of music, particularly in bluegrass and other genres. As a violinist for Darol Anger's Republic Of Strings since 2006, Anger explores the intersection of various musical styles with a focus on inspiration over genre. Founder of Fiddlistics Music, Anger oversees music performance, composition, production, and publishing activities. With earlier roles spanning the general music business and involvement with organizations such as the American String Teachers' Association, Anger has amassed a diverse portfolio that reflects a commitment to musical creativity and mentoring. Darol Anger holds advanced degrees from the University of Dawgology and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
