Michael Dawson possesses extensive experience in customer service and management. Prior to this role, Michael served as Assistant General Manager at Grotto Pizza from April 2010 to March 2020, overseeing a staff of up to 75 employees and analyzing sales data for a restaurant with $5 million in annual revenue. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration/Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics at the same institution.
