Previously, Justin held multiple roles at Terex Corporation, including Facilities Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Applications Center Supervisor, where collaboration with engineering teams focused on enhancing equipment design for customer satisfaction. At Moveras, LLC, Justin progressed through various positions, culminating as Torque Converter Supervisor, overseeing a team that improved cost efficiency and quality in torque converter remanufacturing. Justin's foundational education includes a Certificate in Engineering from Manchester School of Technology.
