Kristopher Dreger has built a robust career in property management since beginning in 2005, currently serving as Director of Property Management for Northern Alberta at Artis REIT since June 2011. In this role, Kristopher has held several positions, including General Manager for Edmonton and Senior Property Manager, with responsibilities in budgeting, preventative maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection, and project management. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Property Manager at Park Lane Properties Ltd. and Assistant Property Administrator at Marwest Management Ltd. Kristopher holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance with a Minor in Family Business/Entrepreneurship from the University of Alberta and is a licensed property manager through the Alberta Real Estate Association.
