Therese Monarrez is an accomplished Human Resource Generalist with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at ArtiFlex Manufacturing, LLC since August 2018, Therese manages full-cycle recruitment for multiple locations and leads structured interview processes. Previous roles include HR Generalist at American Seating Company, where Therese focused on employee relations and policy development, and Vention Medical, where recruitment and onboarding processes were a priority. Therese has also served in various human resources capacities at Zondervan, Express Employment Professionals, and United Stationers, gaining a broad skill set in payroll processing, employee relations, and recruitment.
