Terri Desmonds is an experienced medical writer currently serving as Associate Principal Medical Writer at ArticulateScience since February 2021, with a progressive career that includes roles as Senior Medical Writer, Medical Writer, and Associate Medical Writer. Prior to this position, Terri worked as a Medical Communications Trainee at Nucleus Global for a brief period. In academia, Terri served as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Sussex from October 2011 to September 2020, teaching various courses in neuroscience and biology, while also conducting significant research on preventing aminoglycoside antibiotic-induced hearing loss. Terri holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and a BSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Sussex. Additional contributions include private tutoring in neuroscience and co-organising Café Scientifique Brighton, promoting scientific dialogue in non-traditional settings.
