Anna Eugenio-Guanco is an experienced customer support team lead with a strong background in the banking and technology sectors. Currently employed at Articulate Global, Inc. since January 2018, Anna previously held the same position at Misys from March 2009 to January 2018, where significant projects included the implementation of Trade Innovation solutions for various banks in Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Prior to Misys, Anna served as a senior software engineer at Accenture, focusing on production support for the Morgan Stanley project, and began a career in technology as an IT instructor at STI College Makati. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, completed in 1998.
