Ann-Margret Babcock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in order management and customer care. Currently serving as Order Management Manager and previously as Customer Care Manager at Articulate since October 2012, Ann-Margret has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. At Tribune Media Services from January 1995 to September 2012, Ann-Margret held the position of Account Manager/Customer Care Representative, earning the Representative of the Year award in 2009 as the first recipient. Prior experience includes roles at TVData Technologies as Copy Chief and Channel Editor, and as a Reporter at Manchester Newspapers. Ann-Margret holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from Siena College.
