Dion A. is an Elearning Specialist at Article, with prior experience as a Learning Coordinator at Ledcor and a Studio Culture Coordinator at The Coalition Studio. At Article, Dion developed a SOGIE course for over 1200 employees and managed performance review processes. Dion also held roles in Talent and Learning Development and People and Culture coordination, onboarding over 230 new employees and enhancing employee wellness initiatives. Earlier experience includes consulting on HR projects at Science World and customer service roles at Scotiabank and H&M, where Dion successfully onboarded new hires.
