Rachel Usher

Rachel Usher is a seasoned professional in public health and environmental policy, currently serving as Program Officer at the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Policy Manager for Georgia and Tennessee at the Southeast Sustainability Directors Network and Project Manager for the Georgia Climate Project and Emory Climate and Health Research Incubator at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Rachel's earlier positions include Graduate Assistant at Emory University, Health Analyst Fellow at the Vermont Department of Health, Public Health Intern at Phalarope, Naturalist at Len Foote Hike Inn, and Research Technician at UGA Skidaway Institute of Oceanography.
