Tavonna Johnson, MSM, currently serves as an International Benefits Consultant at Gallagher since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and a Client Services Manager at ADP from August 2017 to July 2023, where Tavonna provided strategic HR consultation and managed retirement plan administration. Additionally, Tavonna worked as an Account Manager at USI Insurance Services and as an Operations Expert at Anthem, Inc. Tavonna holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor of Science in Case Management from Davenport University, and additional certifications in Communication and Life and Health from Walden University and the Department of Insurance, respectively.
