Susan Pietrucha is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Gallagher since 2007. Prior to that, Susan held the position of Vice President Human Resources at GE Capital from September 1991 to January 2006. Susan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Connecticut, and later pursued further education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1999 to 2001.
