Shweta Nayak possesses extensive experience in the insurance broking industry, currently serving as Team Manager at Gallagher since August 2019, where responsibilities include people management within the Insurance Broking Operations Department. Previously, in the role of Senior Technical Lead at Gallagher, Shweta acted as a subject matter expert focused on training, migration, and transition efforts. Prior to Gallagher, Shweta worked at JLT Group from May 2011 to August 2019 in various capacities including Technical Leader, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex work types, client documentation, and team mentorship, as well as conducting training sessions. Earlier experience includes a Trainee position at Deutsche Bank Operations International, associated with the Trade Finance department. Shweta holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from Tolani College of Commerce, alongside a Cert CII in London Markets from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK.
