Marina Kmiec currently serves as Vice President at Gallagher since November 2023. Previously, Marina held the position of Risk Management Consultant at Assurance from May 2019 to September 2022 and at Cottingham & Butler from February 2016 to March 2018. Marina began the career as a Business Development Specialist at HUB International from June 2013 to July 2015, where responsibilities included enhancing sales efficiency and training for the sales team. Marina was promoted to Team Lead, providing support to the Senior Sales and Development Manager and leading Business Development Managers. Initial roles included Sales & Marketing Novice at Marc Realty and Non-Profit Fundraiser at RuffaloCODY, as well as a Medical Secretary at Community Health Systems. Marina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Eastern Illinois University and studied at Lorenzo de' Medici University.
