Freddie Diaz, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Communications and Engagement at Gallagher, following the company's acquisition of Buck in April 2023. Prior to this role, Freddie held various leadership positions at Buck, including Director of the Engagement Practice and DEI Consulting COE Engagement Lead, where responsibilities encompassed project management, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous experience includes management consulting at Accenture, focusing on talent and organization during significant global changes, as well as consulting in Human Capital Management at Buck for notable clients. Freddie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Spanish Literature & Culture from UC Irvine, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and is currently pursuing a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.
