Prior experience includes serving as the Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager at Cristacurva, where Derek designed comprehensive training programs for 170 employees and developed a company-wide safety culture. At The Forge For Families Inc., Derek excelled as the Community and Corporate Relations Manager, fostering partnerships and leading initiatives that significantly increased online presence and volunteer engagement.
