Stella Chiu, M.A., serves as the Global Internal Communications Manager at Arthur D. Little since September 2022, and also holds the position of Founder at Ignite Community Services, a non-profit organization supporting minority groups. Previously, Stella worked at Johnson Controls as an Internal Communications Officer, contributing to D&I initiatives and strategic communication efforts. Stella's extensive experience includes leading regional internal communications at Rockwell Automation, serving as a lecturer for Intercultural Communication at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and holding various roles in public relations and marketing at BASF, Sotheby's, and Ketchum. Stella Chiu holds a Master of Arts in Language and Communications from Newcastle University, along with a First Class Honours B.A. in Translation and Communication from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Strategic Communication Management Certificate from Ithaca College.
