Nikhil Bandiwadekar is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and India Site Head at Arthrex, Nikhil focuses on establishing and scaling the India Software Development Center. Previous roles include Director of Engineering and Senior Technical Manager at Platform9 Systems, where Nikhil led virtualization products and spearheaded recruitment efforts. Nikhil also held technical advisory and management positions at various companies including borneo, TIBCO, SnappyData, and DataTorrent, contributing to significant advancements in engineering processes and product architecture. Nikhil co-founded Ednexa, providing innovative online educational solutions, and has a solid technical background as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer in earlier roles. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
